As a first time pool owner, Dan walked me through how all the equipment works and Eileen & team at the store showed me how to get perfectly balanced water. Our pool pump died and on top of having the right pump for us(that no other pool store had in stock), Dan went out of his way to help us install it day of even though his schedule was booked into next week. "We have been using Kings Pool & Spa to open and close our pool for the last couple of years. I love this company! Not only are they extremely responsive when I call or email but they are constantly going the extra mile when they are out servicing my pool. When they open it for the season, they leave the pool looking as good as it does in July and August and will do things that are just helpful to me (like fixing my backwash pipes) without being asked or charging me. They came out to treat the pool and found that some other thing had been done wrong and addressed those problems as well. 3 days later the pool was crystal clear and ready to go.
